Rongaali Bihu at Adopted Village
A special programme was organised by IQAC in association with Cultural Club, NSS Unit, NCC Unit, Literary Club and Students Support & Progression, Jhanji Hemnath sarma College to celebrate Bihu among the local people of adopted village. During the prograame, learning materials have been distributed among the school going pupils of the village.

Bihuwan Programme (11th April 2023)
A special feliciatation programme was organised by Sankardeva Study Centre on the eve of Rongali Bihu as earn blessings and affection from the elder ones. In the programme, Jamuguri Alankrita Mahaila Somaj showcased their bihu dance along with the performances of college students.

Workshop of Gayana-Bayana and Khol (5th April 2023)
A workshop has been organised on Gayana-Bayana and Khol with the initiative of Sankardeva Study Centre in collaboration with Mudoijan Kamalabaria Sangeet Mahavidyalaya. Resource person from collaborating Mahavidyalaya delivered lecture on the workshop explaining the significance of instruments in our culture.

Bhupen Hazarika Smriti Divas (5th Nov, 2021)
Bhupen Hazarika Smriti Divas was observed by Social Science Research Cell in association with IQAC of the college. Dr. Promod Chandra Das, Assistant Prof., Dept of Assamese delivered his valuable lecture on the life and works of Dr Bhupen Hazarika.

International Women’s Day (8th Mar, 2021)
International Women’s Day was organised in the college premises on 8th March 2021. Literature and Cultural competition among the students were also held on the occasion. The programme was organised by Women's cell in collaboration with NSS Unit, Jhanji Hemnath Sarma College.

A lecture demonstration was organised by Sahitya Chara, Asomiya Bibhag on the topic “Asomiya Giti Sahitya Sondarjya Bichar” by Dr. Anil Saikia, Noted Folk Lorist of Assam.
